Place of work: SAI S.p.a. – via Olanda 51 – 41122 Modena (MO)
Qualification: Employee
Profile of the ideal candidate: Recent graduates in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines (Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree). Holder of diplomas in scientific disciplines (e.g. physics and mechatronics) with at least 2-3 years of work experience will also be considered.
Required skills:
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Excellent interpersonal and stress management skills;
  • Good teamwork skills;
  • Proactive personality with a desire to grow in a dynamic environment and learn about cross-cutting issues;
Activities under his responsibility:
  • Promoting, managing and organizing activities aimed at commercializing our products in the areas entrusted to us (Italy and abroad);
  • Identifying and implementing strategies, shared with management, to develop, consolidate and retain existing customers and acquire new ones;
  • Pre- and post-sales technical and commercial assistance, with appropriate interventions to prepare and implement the most responsive solutions to the satisfaction of current and potential customers;
  • Application study and product selection (calculation of the customer application, selection of the SAI motor and its lifetime, sharing of technical drawings);
  • Preparing technical documentation needed by the customer (dedicated sheets or drawings);
  • Customer relationship management using dedicated computer media;
  • Formulating business proposals (customer quotes)
  • Managing customer orders;
  • After-sales support (troubleshooting); assisting the customer and/or sales department in providing loose parts;
  • Market analysis to identify new potential customers and verify the level of competition;
  • Attend internal or external company events such as workshops and industry trade shows.
  • Production support activities including but not limited to: writing technical/commercial documentation, coding items, writing documentation suitable for defining assembly methods, testing and verifying product performance parameters.
